ADVANTEGES AND DISADVANTEGES

  ADVANTEGES

Some of the advantages of the biofuel is that it has less carbon emissions because when it is burned it release the same amount of carbon dioxide as it absorbs when it is generated. It is also a renewable source of energy. It reduces our reliance on fossil fuels.

DISADVANTEGES
On the other hand, we have also some disadvantages like the fact that it uses a lot of land that could be used for the growth of food. To produce it and process it a lot of labor is needed and that will increase the price of it. Bioethanol that is how we call biofuel, cannot be used directly to power a car without modifying the engine.
